What we collect
The form asks for your first name, last name, phone number, email address, the service you need and a description of the project. The web server records your IP address, your browser, the pages you requested and the time you requested them. Nothing else is collected, and there is no account to create on this site.
How we use it
We use what you send to reply to your enquiry, to schedule the on-site visit, to measure and prepare your written estimate, and to keep a record of the jobs we have done. The server logs are used to keep the site running and secure. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising of any kind.
Who we share it with
Your details are seen by Daniel Reyes, who does the estimate, and by the crew assigned to your job. They also pass through the providers that host this website and carry our email, our calls and our text messages, each acting on our instructions. We disclose information to a public authority only where the law requires it, and we never sell it.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies of its own. It runs no analytics, no advertising scripts and no third-party trackers, so nothing here follows you to another site. The links to the map and to the review platforms lead to other companies' websites, and once you follow one you are on their site under their own privacy policy, not ours.
How long we keep it
An enquiry that does not become a job is deleted after 12 months. Where we do the work, we keep that job record for as long as a written workmanship guarantee against defects in how it was built runs and for the 7 years tax law requires, whichever is longer, because a claim needs the job record behind it. Server logs are kept for 30 days.
Your rights and choices
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, to correct it or to have it deleted, by email or by phone. Reply STOP to any text message to stop texts, and tell us on a call to stop calls. California residents have further rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know and to delete, which you exercise the same way.
Children under 18
This website and the work we do are for adults arranging work on a property. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and there is nothing on this site aimed at children. If we learn that we hold information from a child, we delete it and the enquiry it came with, and we do not contact the sender again.
